We have a sign on our door asking not to ring the bell or knock and if they have something to leave, leave it at the door. The gentleman looked at the sign (we know this because of cameras as shown in the attached photo), left a business … More card on the door and then rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. We brought up our sign and asked if he read the sign he replied "I can't read" extremely unprofessional response from a company that chases storms. The hailstorm that came through our area was over 3 weeks ago. If I had any roof issues, I wouldn't wait 3 weeks to get it done. I wouldn't recommend this company just on the basis of sheer unprofessionalism from their salesman.

On May 9, 2023, a horrible hail storm hit our area. Never realized my roof, my gutters were in bad shape. The next day, everyone under the sun came to my house to do an inspection. I listened to most of them. I was narrowing down to one … More who wanted money up front to hold my place in line and almost signed with them. Last week, Tom from Cobra roofing stopped by my house and I thought I had picked the right roofer but after speaking with Tom, I decided to go with him. He didn’t want my insurance money until the job was completed and I was satisfied. It took a lot of convincing because I have had a lot of bad experiences from contractors doing my bathrooms to cutting pipes without shutting water off, to roofers who were hired by one of my contractors without knowing them. Then I had to hire two more to fix their mess. The list goes on and on. I was very skeptical about picking or hiring any roofer for that matter. BUT Tom, owner of Cobra roofing came and explained what he had to offer and the upgrades and also the great advice about everything. I am proud to say I made the right choice. Today, June 3, my new roof was installed and it looks amazing, better than any roof I ever had on my house. Next week, my gutters will be installed by Tom too. I now feel like I can have Faith and trust in someone who didn’t let me down. I thank Tom and his crew for doing a job well done. My flowers were in tact and nothing was out of place. I will be glad to talk to anyone about his work would highly recommend him to anyone who went through bad contractors in their past. THANK YOU!
